Individual Therapy
Social and Emotional Wellbeing Services can be accessed either in-person at our offices in the Sutherland Shire or via Telehealth. Hollie sees both young people & adults, ages 10+. She is particularly experienced with Anxiety, Mood and Personality Disorder presentations.
Fees & Rebates
Sessions last for 50mins and cost $150. With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you will receive a rebate of $85.20. We know that this gap fee can be hard to afford and we have endeavoured to keep our rate as low as possible.
Pre-booking Consultations
A strong therapeutic connection is essential to the success of any counselling service. We offer (and encourage) free 10-15 min phone calls prior to booking any appointments to see if we might be the right fit for you.
